Beyond work

Mountains, movement and family.

The outdoors is an important counterweight to professional life. I spend much of my free time climbing, cycling, skiing and kitesurfing—most enjoyably when the adventure is shared with my family.

A personal note

Progress is rarely a straight line.

Sport and the mountains are not leadership metaphors for me; they are simply part of how I live. They create space away from work, keep curiosity alive and give me time with the people who matter most.

Living in Switzerland makes that easier. A bike ride, a climbing route, a ski day or a family weekend outdoors can all begin close to home.
